My Work - Embodiment, Renewal, Awakening

Workshops and one-on-one work using a framework developed during a decade of getting worked through martial arts, psychology/therapy, satsang, authentic relating & circling, and personal coaching.

I facilitate practices and processes for individuals, teams, and for public events.

Gain access to the immense intelligence at rest within you (intuition stems from this)
Reclaim sensation and sensitization- settle more into the authentic experience of being human
Gain awareness of the innate joy of humanness
Organize your life/enterprise in a balanced way, develop an ecosystem for your life and endeavors
Reclaim agency, be more you, stand sturdy in the storm
Cultivate your inner calm, even in tense circumstances
Shed fear, dance in the (spot)light, embody your best self
Artistry and creative energy are yours, and you are theirs

Embodied Warrior

The lessons learned through being a martial artist and leading organizations.  Take a stand for your dignity and others.  Face projections from others with heart and compassion.  Feel deeply and trust your intuition.

One-on-One Sessions

I sometimes work with individuals as a coach, advisor, or spiritual counselor.  I've worked with people from all walks of life including artists, business leaders, teachers, technical experts, and other coaches.  I hold space for whatever arises, and use a combination of intuition, life experience, and in depth study to help people navigate transformations and transitions, both personal and professional.  I've also mentored teenagers and enjoyed that quite a lot.
Here I could do a sample list of workshops, events, retreats, as well as share some reviews?
